Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Kochi

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant with experience in ERP solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demos. You will collaborate with both the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and our product offerings.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect relentlessly to build a strong sales pipeline and establish lasting personal relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify clients with specific requirements for our ERP(HIS) services.
  • Work closely with prospects to schedule meetings and coordinate suitable appointment times.
  • Deliver impactful sales pitches, product demos (HIS, PACS, HRMS), and tailored proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any evolving needs or concerns.
  • Actively listen to market trends and client feedback, sharing insights with the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with industry best practices and match client requirements, as outlined in the statement of work.
  • Lead the response process for RFI’s and RFP’s, ensuring thorough, accurate, and timely submissions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful closure of deals, ensuring that customer needs are met throughout the sales process.
  • Liaise with product managers to provide feedback on product requirements, features, and implications based on client interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving landscape of ERP/CRM solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Presales role, with specific experience in ERP/CRM or related softwares.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions, priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to address client queries and provide creative, tailored solutions during the presales process.
  • Willingness to travel is must
