Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in day-to-day accounts activities.
- Preparation of cash flow statements and other financial statements.
- Assist in quarterly or half-yearly audits.
- Oversee accounting entries in Tally.
- Ensure timely statutory payments.
- Assist in project management by collaborating with respective teams, and follow up on project cash flows with teams and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Help in the preparation of MIS reports.
- Protect the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality of finance-related information.
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements to economic performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to meet organizational goals.
